The Annual General Meeting of the Seavington Community Stores Association will take place on Tuesday August 18th at 700pm in the garden of the Café near the Shop in Water Street. In case of special needs relating to the Covid-19 crisis the venue may change and the meeting take place via a ZOOM link. All concerned will be informed before the actual date.
Nominations for Committee members should be sent to the Secretary at the Shop address and envelopes marked SHOP COMMITTEE. The Officers are elected at the first meeting of the Management Committee post the AGM. Nominations are accepted up to 24 hours before the AGM is scheduled.
Members of the Shop Association are allowed to vote, non-members are permitted and welcomed to attend. Papers have been sent to each member and extra copies are available in store. The accounts for the year are available via the village web site and in paper form on the night of the AGM. If anyone wishes to ask a question, then please send the request to the shop with an envelope marked QUESTION FOR AGM.
