St Michael’s Church

From Canon Ian Gibson

The Church in Seavington at St Michaels will remain open throughout the current Covid-19 crisis. This will enable people, should they want to, to just go and sit in church and pray or think, especially about those who are affected directly by the events of the time.

On Sundays, at the usual time of the service, there will be someone present to offer prayers and thanksgivings, either clergy or lay. You are welcome to attend, but we must stress that the Archbishops have stated there will be NO public worship events taking place, i.e. no hymns, no sharing books, no full services.

For details regarding funerals, baptisms, weddings and special services, or if you know of anyone in need please contact me directly on 01460249566 or 07843672803.
