Millennium Hall
Right in the heart of Seavington, our Millennium Hall is a bright, modern and welcoming community space that has been bringing people together for years. Built with Millennium funding, the hall has become a much-loved venue for everything from birthday parties and village events to clubs, classes and community gatherings.

The hall itself is light, airy and flexible, with a large main hall that can easily be adapted for all sorts of occasions. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and a stage area — perfect whether you’re planning a family celebration, hosting a club, running a workshop or organising a local event.
To make life easier, the hall comes with plenty of useful extras included in the hire, such as:
• Tables and chairs
• Projector and screen
• Sound system and microphone
• Full use of the kitchen facilities
Over the years, the Millennium Hall has been home to youth clubs, toddler groups, gardening clubs, exercise classes, educational sessions and many memorable celebrations. It’s a space that’s been well used, well loved, and continues to be at the centre of village life.
One of the hall’s best features is the outdoor space. Hall hire includes use of the enclosed garden area, which has a flat patio-style section, grassy lawn and picnic seating — ideal for children’s parties, summer gatherings or simply enjoying a bit of fresh air. The space also connects directly to the recreation fields, giving plenty of room for outdoor games and activities.
And if you forget the milk, fancy a coffee, or need emergency cake supplies, the village shop and café is conveniently located right next door and open six days a week.
For larger celebrations and special occasions, the SPFA may also be able to run a bar for your event. Please get in touch for more details and availability.

The Millennium Hall, recreation field and play park are owned by the charity SPFA. Since 2021, Seavington Parish Council has acted as sole trustee and works alongside a dedicated volunteer committee to help look after and manage these fantastic community facilities. New volunteers and helpers are always welcome — so if you’d like to get involved, please do get in touch.
